数据库安装报错之：Oracle 11gR1 dbca – maximum number of sessions exceeded。ORA- ...

在服务器上安装oracle11.1.0.7数据库。在用dbca创建数据库时，报告如下错误：

经过检查，发现是创建数据库模板的参数parallel_max_servers有问题，安装的服务器是4核处理器，每核心12线程，共计48线程。

以下是资料查询的解决办法：

Used dbca CLI

dbca -silent -createDatabase -templateName General_Purpose.dbc -gdbName DB1 -sid DB1 -SysPassword oracle -SystemPassword oracle -emConfiguration NONE -storageType ASM -asmSysPassword oracle -diskGroupName DG1 -datafileDestination DG1 -recoveryAreaDestination FG1

At time of creating the 11gr1 database using dbca, I was facing following error quite frequently.

ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P073.
ORA-00018: maximum number of sessions exceeded
ORA-06512: at “SYS.UTL_RECOMP”, line 629
ORA-06512: at “SYS.UTL_RECOMP”, line 671
ORA-06512: at line 1
Solution to this problem, was to change the values for parallel server related parameters. Now the database is not created yet, so where to change this?

DBCA uses values from template file (*.dbc) specified in the -templateName parameter. For example, in above dbca CLI I’ve used General_Purpose.dbc as my template.

Before executing the dbca, I’ve modified /oracle/ora11/assistants/dbca/templates/General_Purpose.dbc file as following:

就说说安装数据库软件的时候，不创建数据库，先找到oracle/ora11/assistants/dbca/templates/General_Purpose.dbc 文件，把下面图中红色部分增加进去后。再用DBCA工具创建数据库。
